Известно, что характеристики спонтанной и вызванной активности нейронов претерпевают изменения с течением времени. Как
правило, эти изменения исследуются в динамике острых и подострых экспериментов (медикаментозный наркоз, цикл
“бодрствование–сон” и др.). Более длительная (недели, месяцы) регистрация активности идентифицированных нейронов
является методически достаточно сложной задачей, вследствие чего вопросы о том, имеют ли место изменения, каков их
характер и влияют ли они на функциональные свойства нейронов и нейронных популяций, требуют дополнительного изучения. В
частности, насколько нам известно, такие исследования на уровне нейронов обонятельной луковицы (ОЛ), в том числе, в
связи с восприятием одорантов в сверхнизкой концентрации, до настоящего времени не проводились. Целью работы являлось
лонгитюдное исследование характеристик спонтанной и вызванной предъявлением паров одоранта (сулькатон) в сверхнизкой
концентрации (~1 × 10−15 г/см3) активности идентифицированных митральных и пучковых (далее М/П клеток) нейронов ОЛ. Для
этого у 5 крыс в течение не менее 1 месяца (максимум – 121 день) в условиях ксилазин-тилетамин-золозепамовой анестезии
периодически (не более 1 раза в неделю) регистрировалась активность М/П нейронов ОЛ. Анализ показал, что характеристики
как спонтанной, так и вызванной предъявлением одоранта активности М/П нейронов остаются стабильными в течение достаточно
длительного времени, что важно для проведения исследований, направленных на разработку технологий биогибридных сенсорных
систем идентификации целевых веществ в сверхнизких концентрациях.
