ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ СОСУДИСТОЙ ОБОЛОЧКИ ГЛАЗА РАЗНОВОЗРАСТНЫХ ГРУПП ЯПОНСКОГО ПЕРЕПЕЛА COTURNIX JAPONICA В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ СПЕКТРАЛЬНОГО СОСТАВА ОСВЕЩЕНИЯ

Исследована возрастная зависимость сосудистой оболочки глаза японского перепела Coturnix japonica при двух спектральных видах годичного повседневного освещения: коротковолнового (λ450–470 нм) и длинноволнового (λ500–700 нм). Показано выраженное отличительное действие коротковолнового освещения на состояние сосудистой оболочки, заключающееся в заметном увеличении численности хориокапилляров в молодом возрасте и в ослаблении системы кровотока у старых животных. Делается вывод о том, что фотобиологическая чувствительность сосудистой оболочки является самостоятельным и весомым звеном регуляции гомеостаза сетчатки и РПЭ.
