ПСИХОАКУСТИЧЕСКИЕ И ЭЛЕКТРОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ ПОСЛЕ КОХЛЕАРНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ

С целью определения возможности применения психоакустических и электрофизиологических методов исследования для оценки результатов слухоречевой реабилитации пациентов после проведенной кохлеарной имплантации (КИ) в исследовании проводилась речевая аудиометрия в свободном звуковом поле в шуме с использованием русскоязычной версии международного фразового теста RUMatrix. Оценивалась частотная разрешающая способность слуха при помощи теста, основанного на спектрально- временной гребенчатой модуляции (SMRT), а также определялось распространение электрического возбуждения в улитке методом регистрации телеметрии нервного ответа (SOE). В исследовании принимали участие 15 нормально слышащих испытуемых из контрольной группы и 20 пациентов с диагнозом: двусторонняя сенсоневральная глухота, состояние после КИ. В результате проведенных исследований выявлена корреляция между разборчивостью речи в шуме и частотно-временной разрешающей способности слуха. Полученные данные доказывают возможность использования методов исследования частотно-временной разрешающей способности слуха для оценки результатов реабилитации пациентов после КИ.
